you should play basketball everyday with your friends,jumping everyday,drink some milk everyday,do exercise everyday,eat some food(Vegetable,meat,fruit,rice).2 year ago my height is 5’6 but now my height is 6’4,thank to GrowTaller4idiots cuz my best friend gave it(DVD) to me,you should buy it one
