Hello I’m 31 and I’m 5′ 7. I have tall genes in my family my soon to be 30yrs old brother is 6′ 3″ inches tall his wife is 4′ 8″ I despise him because If I had his height I would be dating much taller women than that ,life is funny that way its not that I can’t taller women it just looks weird me being so short for a man and often time they don’t even give me the time of the day can’t blame them . Also my half brother still from the same father is 6′ 7″ tall I don’t know what happened to me my mother was short so I guess that’s where it came from please help I hope its not too late for me thank you.

Do the exercises only work for a certain period of time, will it not work if you stop and start?
I have some of the book, did the exercises for a couple weeks, felt a difference, but since then have been stopping and starting for a couple months and havent felt a difference over that time. If I start doing them regularly again will I have any progress or have I already had my ‘stretch induced growth?’

I have a funny suspicion that the majority of people leaving comments are the same person for some reason.

Anyway, everyone who keeps asking for suggestions or advice, here’s mine. BUY THE E-BOOK. I’m a 17 year old guy, but I’m only 5 foot 5. I grew an inch and a half in a month thanks to the e-book. I know I’m still very short, but hopwfully I can still grow more. So everyone who asked for advice and people who will ask in future, go buy the e-book, because you’re not going to get any helpful advice by leaving a comment here.
